IF WE HAVEN’T ALREADY CROSSED PATHS IN THE WEDDING WORLD …

Hello, I’m
Deanna Johnson

You and I have something huge in common – we both want to give our couples the absolute best day of their lives.

We’ll be able to give them exactly that by working together as a team to execute their vision and uphold their priorities. It’s exciting to be a part of weddings with that true teamwork energy, because it makes doing the work we love easier, more fun, and gives us a chance to really showcase what we’re good at!

My favorite couples are:

black and white image of a bride being walked down the isle towards the groom. The bride and two male groomsman are facing away looking down the isle.
  • They want to enjoy their wedding day fully, soaking in the joy and love without feeling like they’re performing for the camera.

  • They want photos that capture the depth of their connection and the beauty in every little detail.

  • They appreciate photography as an art form and value the creativity and artistry behind their images. They trust their photographer to capture their day in a way that feels unique, raw, and beautiful.

They value:

black and white of the bride, groom, and all of their guests raising a glass of champagne to the maid of honor giving a speech during the dinner
  • They want a photographer who operates with integrity, transparency, and a deep sense of care for their day.

  • They want images that will stand the test of time, photographs that they’ll look back on and still feel the same emotions they felt in the moment.

  • They want to work with photographer who takes the time to understand their unique story, relationship, and overall vision, to create a personal bond that makes them feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

LET’S GET IN SYNC

The first thing you should know (and can probably already tell from reading this) is I’m all about rock solid communication! You should know that I’m the kind of photographer that’s going to…

  • actually read every single email you send and respond within 24-48 hours

  • check in with you when it comes to key elements of the day, timeline adjustments, and anything big our client brings up/expresses

  • make sure we’re on the same page when it comes to timing and priorities for the day

  • be available to hop on calls and do venue walks-throughs with you and our client

  • keep an open line of communication & an open mind on how we can collaborate

THE RUN DOWN ON SHARING MY PHOTOGRAPHS

  • You are welcome to download and share any images from the day that help you out! For social media usages all I ask for is no filters added and that you tag @adaytoadore (even better invite me to be a collaborator-I love sharing posts).

If I have a full vendor list I will share the gallery with all of them as well! And if a vendor asks you for images please send them my way and I will give them the rundown on sharing rules as well.

  • If you would like to use the photos in any paid advertising or on your website please send me a list of which photos you will be using and I will send you a release that grants you the commercial rights to use (and any fees that may incur depending on the usage needs)

  • If you are interested in getting the wedding published let me know and I’ll do all I can to help support that as well!

At the end of the day all I want is a happy couple and I know that together we can make that happen!

See you soon,
Deanna
